Overview

My task was to edit a small portion of a motorcycle manual for a Harley Davidson Model WLA from 1943. Specifically, I edited for minimalism and plain language throughout the document.

Process

I used the skills I’d cultivated and the principles I’d learned in the course while following the instructions given by the in-class handouts for minimalism and plain language to complete the assignment.

Result

I received top marks on the project and the professor used it as an exemplar for the class.
