• strategic revision recommendations, content improvements, and next steps; and
• in-depth actionable insight.

This feather is particularly useful if you do a lot of writing and want more in-depth feedback on your writing style and tendencies.

The Ranger’s Research feather provides an addition or extension for internal research with subject matter experts (SMEs). This kind of research may require additional NDAs to work with internal SMEs and discuss sensitive material, and includes the following:

• email discussions with internal SMEs,
• audio discussions with internal SMEs, and
• email or audio discussions with you and your team (if applicable).

This feather is particularly useful if the material we’re working on is particular or difficult to grasp, if you don’t have public sources or internal documentation available for research, or if the material is new or proprietary.

The Carrier Pigeon feather provides additional email support for 10 business days after the final delivery is made. This support can be used for the following purposes:

• following up during internal reviews or approvals or once you’ve received stakeholder feedback.

This feather is particularly useful if you have to send documentation through internal reviews or approvals or if you may have additional questions or commentary while reviewing our work.

Cost: $150

The Messenger Falcon feather provides top priority status for work-heavy projects that need to be completed within half of their typical work-time. This feather must be purchased at the beginning of a project so we can factor in deadlines and adjusted cost. Examples of potential candidates for this feather include, but are not limited to:

• a small-medium sized Chronicle tier project that needs to be completed within 15 business days,
• an intensive Manuscript tier project that needs to be completed within 5 business days, or
• a large Leaf tier project that needs to be completed before the end of the business week.

This feather is particularly useful if you have a tight deadline and need to expedite your contract.
